Managing Traumatic Stress Using a Mental Health Care Mobile App: A Pilot Study

This study aims to contribute improving mental health services and establishing a direction for disaster survivors by verifying the effectiveness of TLS (Training Life Skills) app, management mobile application. Altogether, 22 received access app (with guidance) eight weeks; we analyzed its examining each participant’s electroencephalography data, which were collected while they utilizing app. The results this show that use had significant positive effect on emotional quotient, basic rhythm quotient (left brain, right brain), alpha blocking rate brain survivors. is expected not only provide psychological first aid but also improve their life skills, may allow them gain information about emotions; hence, it appropriate conditions needed enable effective self-control
